This album contains recordings of Arnold Schoenberg's masterpieces from his early works, composed during the late 19th to the early 20th century.
The unfinished piece "Ein Stelldichein" based on Richard Dehmel's poem, placed between "Transfigured Night" arranged by Eduard Steuermann for piano trio and "Chamber Symphony No.1" arranged by Anton Webern for piano quintet, is also an invaluable recording.
The players are Japanese flautist Kazunori Seo and his colleagues in Paris, who assembled being addicted to his talent. Each and every player's passionate performance bears a commanding sound and at the same time an eternal tenderness within it.
